Me Ana-Maria Mocanu
Me Ana-Maria Mocanu graduated in psychology before obtaining her law degree at Sherbrooke University. She then began her career at Riendeau Avocats and has been a real asset for six years. She pays particular attention to each of her files which are very diverse and she defends the rights of her clients with ardour.
Me Joanie Chainey
Me Joanie Chainey obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa and began her legal career at Riendeau Attorneys-at-law. Me Cédric Materne
After obtaining his law degree from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Me Cédric Materne began his career at Riendeau Avocats. With a certificate in criminology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Montreal, as well as a law degree from University of Laval, Me Jean-Luc Dagenais has received an extensive academic education. Me Jade Desnoyers-Latendresse
Me Jade Desnoyers Latendresse completed her law degree at Sherbrooke’s University. She began her career at Riendeau Attorneys-at-law and diversified her files from the start. She focuses her practice in youth law, requests for criminal pardon and breaches of the Highway Safety Code. Me Desnoyers Latendresse also gives back to her community by volunteering as a coach for a junior ringette team.
Me Anne-Geneviève Robert
Me Anne-Geneviève Robert obtained her law degree at the University of Montreal. She joined Riendeau Attorneys-at-Law, where she defends the rights of her clients with dedication for both Criminal Code offenses and violations of the Highway Safety Code. Fervent defender and socially involved, she sits on the board of directors of the NeuroTrauma Marie-Robert Foundation.
Marianne Dagenais Lespérance
After graduating from the law program at the Univeristy of Quebec in Montreal, Me Marianne Dagenais-Lespérance obtained a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in England. Driven by her interest in defending fundamental rights and her quest for justice, she returned to Quebec after working for a few years in international criminal law in Europe. Me Dagenais-Lespérance
concentrates on her practice in youth law and on appeal cases. She also promotes her ideas by getting involved with the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
Me Latisha Tardif
Graduate of the University of Montreal, Me Latisha Tardif completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and another in Law. Before joining the Riendeau Attorney-atlaw team to complete her internship, she gained experience at the Legal Aid Office as a law student. She represents our firm’s clientele with dedication and meticulousness, concentrating her practice on appeal cases and on applications for pardon.
Trainee Family law and Immigration
Having completed her civil law degree and Juris Doctor, Sarah has a solid background in law from the University of Ottawa and Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Passionate about the defence of fundamental rights, she aspires to pursue a career as a criminal lawyer. She is currently doing her internship at the firm while being involved in the legal community, particularly with the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
Me Rita Daou
Lawyer Family Law and Immigration
Me Rita Daou completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa and practices exclusively in family law and immigration law. Many of our clients require family law or immigration counseling following a criminal charge, which is why Me Daou is an essential part of Riendeau Avocats. As accredited mediator, she works rigorously to find common ground without the intervention of the courts.
Eliane Malo completed her law degree at the Université de Montréal and is currently a trainee in our firm. Before joining the Riendeau Attorney-at-law team, she gained valuable experience at the legal clinic Juripop where she worked for many years. She aspires to pursue a career as a lawyer in family law, a field she is particularly passionate about, and to complete her training as a certified mediator. Eliane is always listening, eager to enrich her knowledge and help people.
Trainee Family law and Immigration
After obtaining a law degree from the University of Montpellier in France, Alice Santamaria completed the equivalences for the Bachelor of Laws at the University of Montreal, where she also obtained a Master’s degree in International Law. Prior to joining our team as an intern, Alice worked for several years in immigration law. Passionate about human rights and the defense of people, she now wants to expand her field of practice in family law. Socially engaged, Alice is involved in the Pro Bono and Avocats Sans Frontières committee.
